Attempted to checkin to the hotel, however was told very rudely by the lady at reception that our reservation was cancelled - when you ask? Earlier that morning. Why? My credit card was ‘invalid’. Strange, because I used the same credit card to book a much better hotel after leaving yours (I strongly suggest you do the same).
There was no email to tell me my booking was cancelled, when I asked if I could used their Wi-Fi to find alternative Accomodation, I was told (rudely) “Guests Only”
