New Mill is located right in the heart of Dublin’s historical Liberties area, a stone’s throw away from Teeling Whiskey Distillery. The district is packed with culture, nightlife and shopping, the world-famous drinking haven, Temple Bar, lies just a 15-minute walk from New Mill and is packed with cosy pubs, quaint cafes and tiny galleries, which line its cobbled, busker-strewn streets.

Destiny Student House is a very affordable and satisfactory accommodation for those travelling to Dublin. They could benefit from properly cleaning floors and walls in the rooms before guests arrive. The main concern with this stay was the noise - there is a courtyard and people are often out there late at night screaming, yelling and making noise which wakes guests up. The accommodation could benefit from having and enforcing an after hours quiet policy so that guests are woken up.

Great place to stay for visit to Dublin. Only a short walk to downtown and most tourist sites. Our room was small but adequate. Everything worked eg lights, toilet seat, shower, hot points and the kitchen with almost full facilities was right next door. Staff were exceptional and when we briefly misplaced our key the staff were very accommodating, walking us to our room to let us in. No car parking but that’s expected in a big city and the mattress was a bit lumpy but apart from that great.
